As the team member of HR Business Partner build a strong business relationship with the internal clients and manages the people management related agenda at the internal clients (Generation & Transmission and other support functions). Identified and prepared development plans for the key employees and high potential employees and identified employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.
