1. Assisted in conducting the Portal Based Performance Appraisal drive of more then 3000 management employees.
2. Manage the Management employees Personal files with SAP updation. Supports all the corporate HR Services function and operations i.e. issuance of Confirmation of Service letters after completion of probationary period; Acceptance of Resignation; Transfer/Posting Letters and announce company wide; Issuance of Salary, Service & Experience Certificate.

4. Payroll processing & Time Management of 5500+ management employees in SAP with Bio-metric Attendance System integration. Final Settlement process of exit employees i.e. dismissal, terminated, retired and resigned.
5. Managed training logistics and administration for internal and external training/learning programs, including vendor requirements, delegate nominations, program invitations, through to management of program on the day of delivery. Liaise with the management to ensure the implementation and delivery of all Training events.
