Duties: Monitor and control the entire operations at APIT including, registration, fees management, academic unit attendance compliance, workshop, auditorium, admissions and HR resources management. Duties: To manage day-to-day Finance & Administrative duties including daily accounts, journal, vouchers posting, Petty Cash/Sales/Purchase ledger, and other Key accounts maintenance. Bookkeeping, Cash, and Payment collection as well as daily & monthly DSR and stock inventory reporting. To create an efficient automated database and dashboard (multi-integrated programs) in Excel for instant and smooth operations to minimize the work and reduce the cost as well as time.
Duties: Coordination with suppliers and applicants with the ability to assess their queries and cater to trouble shouting. To support Admin & Finance and coordinate with all sub-offices to proceeds purchase, payment requisition, petty cash, travel authorization, logistic monitoring and office maintenance.
