I am saqib Javaid, currently working in TUV AUSTRIA Bureau Of Inspection Certification Pvt. Ltd Deals in ISO system certifications and 3rd party inspection services as Accounts / Finance manager recently given the role of Financial Controller. I am ACCA qualified and have completed my CA articles for four years from Grant Thornton - Anjum Asim Shahid Rahman Co - chartered Accountant. I am working in TUV Austria Since Jan-12. I am responsible for finalization of accounts, devising internal control system for department, financial matters includes cash flow, foreign remittances, dividend payments and arrangement of funds for investment / capital expenditures. I have handled all the financial audits, dealt with taxation / corporate matters and have exposure to present the company financials in AGM answering questions from board of directors. Moreover, I am also responsible for presenting the budgets in annual budget meetings.

On Job achievements includes

1.) Successfully gone through the process of due diligence while selling Moody's shares to Intertek. I have dealt the M/s PWC - chartered accountants firm doing due diligence that ultimately resulted up to the satisfaction level of buyers i.e., M/s TUV Austria.

2.) Successfully got the external financial audits conducted by Dolloittes, KPMG and GT over the last many years.
3.) Got the tax assessment from authorities and never faced any major anomalies, fines or penalties.
4.) To deal with SECP while acquiring and selling off shares, change of company name and other corporate documents.
5.) Proved to be one of the most efficient and reliable department of company.
