Setup a retail outlet of tiles and ceramics in Sialkot by my own. Started from defining scope of the project, all business attributes planned comprehensively and finally implementation of work done. Business development programs were executed that further enriched the Brand image. Installed software for inventory control. Managed and supervised all the retail business operations. (Due to downturn in market and construction of flyover, I’m planning to sell/close the business)
