• Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting at Divisional level, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• To maintain good relation with the Government officials.
• Advice and support the survey team to manage all aspects of the project cycle including planning and implementation.
• To regularly monitor the field activities, and submit the weekly progress report.
• To make sure the completion of the project in time.
• To manage the office and rental vehicles.
• To ensure the office building repair and maintenance.
• To manage procurement.
• To supervise the support staff.
• To process the payments.
• To deal with the foreigners (especially Indians)
• To arrange a safe boarding lodging and transportation for foreigners.
• To make new security plans and ensure the implementation of existing security policy.
