o  Led a team of 22 grants monitors in three field offices of KPK province. Steered and assisted the technical leaders in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of small grants;

The data was disseminated on daily basis to Provincial & Federal Relief Commissioners, District Government and International and local NGOs for planning of need/priority based intervention in various phases of post 2005-earthquake.
