o Completing the payment documents and delivering to finance
o Movement of materials to the head office and outlets and coordinate the disposal including the documentation.
o Maintain warehouse operations in compliance, Create, adjust and track all work orders for the company’s assets via oracle.
o Controlling the operations and quality of head office stores and the company’s warehouses.
o Reformation of Employee Handbook, Forms, Organograms and Hierarchy
o Initial recruitment which includes telephonic interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers.
o Maintain orderly, confidential filing system includes employee leave, attendance and salary records from sites.
o Documentation, distribution of rewards & payroll system of employees.
o Updating Job Descriptions
o Coordinate HR letters, appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion letters and final settlement of employees from different sites.
o Compensation & Benefits of employees, official mobile connection and fuel processing.
o Develop a system, guidelines and Flow Charts to streamline the HR Operational activities and propose and implement policies and procedures
o Look after the Administrative Task & reporting to Administration Manager.
o Coordinate the Recruitment and Selection Activities, initial screening and coordinate the interviews scheduling.
o Maintain employee data management & and update the employee record.
o Look after and coordinate the process from hiring to final settlements.
Team Lead:
o Provide support in managing the assigned team of CSRs of the call centre
o Ensure agents are meeting attendance requirements and are adhering to floor ethics
o Monitor hourly agent performance and provide timely, appropriate and documented feedback or correction action to the team.
o Interact with customers in an efficient, friendly and professional manner as and when escalated.
o Responsible for gathering and highlighting trends, related issues & rate customer’s complaints & coordinate with relevant department for effective resolution.
Officials, Internal Customer Support:
o Dealing with internal customers (Warid officials, franchise staff, business center).
o Providing efficient and accurate information according to company policy.
o Managing team members in absence of supervisor on daily bases.
o Analyze different issues and escalate them to relevant department for timely resolution.
o Ensuring proper behaviour, discipline, grooming, and punctuality as per the requirements
Inbound & Outbound External Customer Services:
o Confer with customers on daily bases in order to provide information regarding product & services with quality services.
o Obtain details for complaint handling & keep the follow up for timely resolution.
o Arrange Callbacks to welcome and market new products to customers
