● Monitored project milestones, variation orders, Interim Payment Certificates and timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
● Implemented and adhered to the FIDIC Silver Book as the guiding contract document for the USD 1.3 Billion Karot Hydropower Project
● Conducted thorough investigations to swiftly resolve project and contract conflicts, ensuring seamless project progress with EPC Contractor.
● Played a pivotal role in risk management and mitigation strategies, ensuring the project\'s financial and operational success.
