I am a Certified Trainer with a bi-majors degree holder in Finance and HRM, owing 14+ years of hands-on experience in the HR fraternity.
My mission is to create a culture with learning agility leading to a positive employee experience that aligns with the overall organization's vision, mission, and core values. I have developed and implemented various policies and procedures, conducted TNAs and designed training programs, fostered employee well-being and retention, and always contributed towards digital transformation and HR analytics. I enjoy working hand-in-hand with all stakeholders and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
