As Control system engineer I am responsible for all installation in secondary manufacturing department and people working in General as well as in shift. Installation include latest manufacturing machinery equipped with SIMENS PLC Control and SCADA systems. Maintaining these installation in good condition to avoid break down is my primary responsibility carry out maintenance make action plan to mitigate break down. Responsible for vendor activities management, Spare management, facilitate in house modification.
• Effectively supervising and leading all sorts of maintenance activities and taking part in practical troubleshooting of PLC panels. Ensuring all activities are carried out as per Standards
• Leading projects, help in the initiation of new projects, managing technical inventory and assisting Technical/Project Manager
• Managing, planning and carrying out all sort of Predictive, Preventive and Corrective
• Maintenance and scheduling shutdowns ,Managing workforces, specifying shift roasters, raising capex,
• Strong liaisons with production, quality, admin and other departments to strengthen team.
• Ensuring good health of machines and no compromise on safety by complying with the international standards.
• Effective utilization of available resources to minimize manufacturing cost.
• Continuous improvements and innovations
• Work with Engineering consultants to prepare business Reports/ proposals/presentations
• Liaising with the Managers to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
