• Responsible for ensuring adequate coverage of operational activities at all
times through scheduling.
• Supervise fulfillment operations in a manner that provides maximum

• Closely monitoring and arrangement of all customers return replacement of
new orders and return to vendors.
• Assist in planning & execution of online sale campaigns.
• Maintaining record of all inbound, outbound activities related to online
orders, warehouse inventory movements and pickups from vendors.
• Support to explore expansion across new business lines
• Supervise sales operations of sales team.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
• Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
