Management Trainee - Marketing
- Joined on June 01, 2016 as MTO Marketing. Initially was rotated in all Group Companies to have hands on experience of various departments / processes.
- After successful completion of initial on the job rotation was placed in the Marketing Department. Got thorough exposure to look after U.K Market and end to end follow up for our prime customers including Marks & Spencer, Debenhams and Timberland. Responsibilities included generating orders and coordinating with all departments regarding timely dispatches / deliveries. Also manage and arrange sampling to different customers based in U.K, Hong Kong and Bangladesh markets.
- Based on satisfactory on the job performance, was confirmed in six months time, against an initial probation offering of one year.
