Project Manager
Overall Project delivery from cradle to grave including accountability for the Projects profitability.
Constant forecasting of the Project’s progress both financially (variances to budget) and operationally (meeting construction schedule deliverables). This includes accountability for mitigation of any financial or operational risk.
Ensuring all Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations including Work safe and Employment Standards are met or exceeded.
Responsible for all onsite labor coordination including management of subcontractors.
Prepare and issue subcontractor agreements and/or purchase orders including reconciling revised contract amounts.
Responsible for Equipment and Material procurement including price negotiation with vendors and meeting scheduled delivery dates as per construction schedule.
Prepares and maintains all progress billing applications, schedule of values, change orders logs and follows up on pending changes as well as outstanding Accounts Receivable.
Solve all deficiencies within time requirements set out in the Project Contract.
Ability to make decisions independently, timely, and within project scope.
