 My Responsibilities includes to run the network operation smoothly. Monitor the bandwidth utilization of network by the tools PRTG and Solarwinds.
 Configure the access switches and Router (Vlan, VTP, Ether channel, storm control, Trunk, OSPF, EIGRP,RIP, GRE Tunnel,).
 Provide the internet access to users from Fortigate 800C firewall by mean of addresses, group’s addresses and policy.
 Configuration of Cisco Access Point.
 Limit bandwidth for the users by Traffic Shaper.
 Configure the policy route for specific users.
 Accelerate the complaint to internet service provider in case of any outage.

In this organization I directly report to Senior Project coordinator. I am deputed at Karachi Electric Project (K.E) Where my responsibilities includes to manage IT team to ensure that all users of organization can work uninterrupted in the stable, Technology infrastructure environment including implementation, Maintaining, all the accessories of the department to run the operations.
• Assign tasks to respective team members by mean of ticketing system to make sure it should be complete in the assign SLA limit (97%-98%).
• Keep update and maintain the knowledge base in order to help out team members to sort out the issue on time.
