Working in MCB Bank Limited Rgional Office as Officer Human Resources, ADMIN and Infrastructure Support. Looking after 31 branches of Region and handling staff affairs of almost 150.
During my current job role, almost 100 plus new staff hired to fill the vacant positions at different branches, actively involved in staff ttainings, medical claims processing , handling of deceased cases, staff TADA processing, monthly payroll processing of permanent and outsourced staff, handling of Service Quality Data, At year end actively involved in annual performance appraisals, promotion interviews.
In addition of that also looking Infrastructure Support duties of Mirpur Region Branches, at the time of Creation of Mirpur A.K Region, only 17 branches were there. In collaboration with district management and State Bank approvals, 14 new mcb branches opened successfully by undersigned efforts, 3 branches purchase case also processed by undersigned.
Keeping on view all above performances, got promotion three times, promoted from grade 4 to grade 1.
