·         Leading the Human Resources Team, working in close liaison with business leaders, line managers for more than eight hundred human capitals to achieve shared organizational objectives, in geographical spread of 60000 Sq. KM. Leading performance management culture to inspire, challenging yet measurable goals/KPIs.
·         Responsible for human capital needs, talent acquisition and onboarding/off boarding aligned with organizational structures. Strengthening the talent pipeline, devising the development plan based on DNA through Talent Review Meetings and implementation plan accordingly is also a part, along with planning and execution of different training programs (soft & technical) including Digital training modules with 3 different training centres, Islamabad, Peshawar and DIKhan.
·         The responsivity includes monthly payroll cycle through SAP-HCM and timely disbursement of salaries.
·         The responsibilities include ER/conflict and discipline management, close liaison with CBA, maintaining healthy working environment, work life balance.
·         Close liaison at the highest level of management for policy planning and implementation. Liaison with Etisalat group and Kenexa for the execution of annual surveys. Action planning, branding, and execution as per Survey outcomes/results.

·         Pay Roll Management — Overall responsible for the HCM-SAP based Payroll system, and time disbursement of the salaries within the region.
·         Training and Development (TNA-based): - Responsible for arranging and execution of different training sessions (soft & technical) with 3 different training centres, Islamabad, Peshawar and DIKhan.
·         HR Budgeting. Responsible for the preparation of HR Budget, covering the needs of HR resource (Manpower Planning) for the domain.
·         HR Decisions and Solving Problems — analysing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems in the interest of the company.
·         Recruitment of Staff: - responsible for recruitment of staff under company’s main policy.
·         LMS/PMS: - Also responsible for monitoring and maintaining database on SAP, regarding leaves and performance, along with procurement of admin assets in the region through SAP.
·         Orientation: - Orientation of new inductees i.e. MTs, Trainee engineers, CSRs, Technicians supervisors is also part of my job role.
·         To ensure continual improvement and effectiveness in HR department.
·         Tendering & Procurement/PrMS: - in charge of procurement of two regions through SAP or otherwise.
·         Budgeting Capex & Opex: - being head of the administration also responsible for budgeting of Capex and operational costs to be incurred for each annual year.
·         Vendor Management: - the availability of vendors with healthy relationships also comes under my responsibilities.
·         Auctions: - In charge of all auctions for vehicles, Obsolete items/material of the regions
·         Estate & Buildings Management: - over all in charge of more than 200 different buildings, offices and lands of the company in the region and responsible for its safety and maintenance.
·         Fleet, Fuel, and Travel Management: - Responsible for more than 200 vehicles i.e. Vehicles, Bikes. Its fuel and its operational movement.
·          Security. In charge of security, responsible for the safety of the assets of the company with more than 300 security guards posted in the entire region.
·         Colony, Residence Management: - Management of the employee residential colonies of the company and rest house also comes directly under my domain.
·         Events & Logistics management: - Over all in charge of event and logistics management with and outside of the regions.
·         EHS: - Over all in charge of Environment, Health and Safety in the regions.
