SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:
As a Civil Engineer with over twenty (22) years of experience. A good knowledge in construction management and procurement with years of experience in various projects. Moreover experience also includes acceptance and inspection procedures ,supervision, co-ordination & execution of roads ,Infrastructure works, construction and different types of concrete Bridges/Structures as well.
He enhanced his Management capabilities as a Project Manager through participation in construction supervision/management of various infrastructure works, road, highways, etc. He has gained wide experience in supervision of roads, concrete bridges, infrastructure facilities, etc. This included works such as monitoring of progress of work, quality assurance, quality control works, preparation of bill of quantities, progress report, interim payment certificates, correspondence and liaison with higher officials of client attending progress review meetings, preparation of Variation Orders etc.
His experience includes contracts management, procurement, site supervision, monitoring the progress of works, quality assurance, quality control works, progress reports, interim certificates of payments, checking shop drawings preparation of productivity reports and co-ordination between contractor and client. He has been responsible for the management and implementation of a number of complicated and extensive civil engineering projects ,including highways, tunnels, culverts ,housing schemes, and concrete bridges construction.

Involve in the management for the execution/construction of TariqAbad Bypass Road including concrete structures and the construction of infrastructures facilities such as water supply distribution network & sewerage system disposal of Jalalabad Zone at Muzaffarabad Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Pakistan.
As the Project manager ,main responsibilities were as following:
• Responsible for all on field construction activities & will interact with consultants and client for progress ,scope deviation,technical concessions ,billing & measurement ,ensure implement of approved quality plan.
• Initiate the construction plan and review of progress against set targets .To manage resources and equipment to achieve construction completion within budget and time.
• To prepare project budgets and forecast project requirements in term of human resources ,materials, technical approvals ,methodologies and other project related submissions.
• To supervise work teams for effective delivery of daily objectives including the control of work hours ,overtime and incentive schemes to improve efficiency.
• To participate in regular meetings to identify problems ,target dates ,issues ,delays execution of work to ensure timely project completion.
• Organize and coordinate construction activities in accordance with construction schedules so as to complete the works on time whilst constantly monitoring the status of planning ,safety ,environmental and quality activities.
• To ensure all site engineers and their staff function as per project requirements and company policies.
• To respond to emergencies and take remedial action as required to ensure health ,safety and environment are protected.
• Periodically prepare construction progress management reports.
• Timely invoicing ,follow up & payment collections and effective claims management to achieve positive cash flow.
• Ensure the works are completed on time ,notify the client
