Compliance Coordinator- Asia Region
• Risk Assessment of all Asian countries maintains risk register for each country in the region.
• Conducted Internal Audit for eight countries in Asia Region, and two countries in Africa Region (Ethiopia and Sierra Leone)
• Conducted Control Self-Assessment (CSA) for Asian Region
• Follow-up on Internal audit and CSA high-risk areas.
• Ensured Asian region complies with regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with countries and headquarters o strengthen the system in Pakistan and improve coordination and communication flow.
• Compile and share monthly KPI reports to all Asian countries.
• Conduct Quarterly Monitoring Meetings (QMR) with countries to discuss Risk around finance, funding, overall risk, compile action plan to mitigate risk.
• Ensure all countries are complying with data protection regulations.
• Have been engaged with counter fraud team for fraud investigation cases in different countries.
• Follow-up on counter fraud action plans.
