• Monitor Network, Alerts, DMVPN, MPLS circuits & IP Phones statuses.
• Provisioning of Cisco IP Phones, Cisco Softphone, Cisco Jabber
• Contact vendors (XO, Level3, CISCO, Version) for troubleshooting circuit/VOIP issues.
• Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance
• Generate monthly customer’s reports for billing team.
• Supporting NOC Team to accomplish different tasks
• Using PCA (Prime Collaboration Assurance) and Solar Winds as Cloud Network Monitoring tools & Fresh Service Desk Ticketing System
• Using Vision Operation Support System (VOSS) and CUCM 10 for customer IP Phones configuration, management and provisioning.
• On Call and Email support to US based customers
• Reporting PK NOC Team Lead about day-to-day activities & issues
