I work with clients as a Consultant to deliver implementation, technical demos and Product proof of concept (POC's) to help organizations to aligning their Business Process and help clients to understand and use the IBM Security Portfolio to fit their needs.

▪ Backup and Disaster Recovery.
▪ System diagnostics and troubleshooting.
▪ Hardware and Network Issues.
• Knowledge of FTP server, Windows Deployment Server, ISA server, DNS, DHCP. • Working Knowledge of Active Directory, Additional Domain controller, GPO management, Users and Groups management, Folder Permissions.
