As Distribution Manager
Advance and assist with long-term plans and short-term goals for the distribution functions, Orders/Supplies & Logistic etc.

As Key Punch Operator
Support & Maintain the Company Software i.e. Nestlé Pakistan Distribution Management System (NPDMS) by entering Shop wise Sale, Generate Reports and Create/Restore Backups of Daily Sales Operation at Distribution Level.
Proactively resolve the NPDMS issue while running the smooth NPDMS operations at distribution.
Ensure that distribution keep their master sheets (Customers and Routes) up to date.
Ensure deployment of latest release at distribution.
Ensure that new prices & products are updated in NPDMS.
Test NPDMS client and web applications and report issues to Head office (Help Desk).
Ensure that proper shop-wise Data entry is being done and export files are properly sent to Nestle Head Office. Also ensure that sales reported to regions and sales entered in NPDMS matches 100 %.
Ensure that at the end of the day all the sales data is exported to head office and importing the log files to the NPDMS on daily basis.
Ensure that chillers are being tagged in the system against the right shops.
Maintain and review the health checks to ensure that NPDMS is being used in its true spirit and accurate sales and numeric reports can be generated by the application.
Ensure Continuous Improvement through new initiatives in Sales Automation activities.
Support and maintain the implementation, data entry and proper synch of RSS at all regional/Zonal Offices.
Provide proper reporting on RSS to Sales Management as and when required.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and principles.
