-Assist the supervisor in tasks related to Human Resources, including responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, recruitment, compliance, leave administration, benefits administration and events/recognition.
-Assist HR management to administer and communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
-Timely preparation and issuance of HR Letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Probation Extension, Release etc.)
-Ensure timely coverage of health and life insurance along with addition and deletion in coverage.
-Performing all recruitment and selection activities ensuring adherence to established timelines, manpower plans and budgets. These activities include job postings, designing interview panels, scheduling coordinating and conducting interviews/tests, coordinating with candidates and managers etc.
-Preparation of Full and Final Settlements.
-Assist in maintaining Human Resource Information System records with accuracy and timeliness; compile reports and trend analytical data as required.
-Maintain personnel files and other HR records (including but not limited to CV data bank, Interviewed and shortlisted candidates record etc.)
-Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees; serve as a resource for all HR related inquiries.
-Participate with Human Resources Team and other departments on internal and organisation projects as requested by the supervisor.
-Provide cover for team members in their absence.
-Perform all tasks assigned by the Manager / Head of Department.
-Updating the internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
-Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours.
-Screening resumes and application forms.
-Performed Recruitment activities.
-Posting job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
-worked on Employees EOBI records.
-Helped with bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable
-Did data entry and credit checks.
-Assist the coordinator with month-end financial reports
-File and scan journal entries.
