1. Facilitate in regular inspection of machines, equipment, electrical appliances within production hall. if any issue arises resolve it timely without disturbing production process. 2. Assist in machines repair & maintenance through requisition from administration dept. with approval of HOD. 3. Responsible for quality production as per assigned demand of major and minor products with planning and efficient utilization of given resources. 4. responsible for ensure compliance for audit facilitation with interlinked docs. to be presented timely & accurately e.g. Raw material, work in process, semi finished good, finished goods, recycling unit, all repair and maintenance of Quality production. 5. Arrangement of production plan, give planning for separate machines up-to required product, to assure the quality of end product. 6. Responsible for the conformation quality of end product by Mechanical Testing in R & D Lab, and testing from PSQCA, UET & other dept. 7. Ensure the ISO 9001-2015 compliance and completion of remaining doc. required for certification. 8. Implementation of QMS and conduct HSE training in all over the factory depts. 9. Ensure compliance of 5s, Cleanliness and take care of Mold, Machines, and recycling unit. 10. Give Assistance required in new development of products , R&D section new development of SOP\'s. 11. Responsible to conduct initial interview with HR regarding QP Dept. & referred QP & HR Head for further procedure. 12. Make sure subordinates working as per assigned job description & intimate timely to HR dept. if JD changed. 13. Give full assistance to HOD and Director for problem solution regarding technical and procurement of material. 14. Procurement of Raw Material, Master-batches, Machinery, etc up-to the requirement. 15. visit to customer to give solution/data if any problem arise in supplied end product.

Prioritize, schedule all two shifts and delegate work assignments, and directly supervise the assigned production functions to ensure the production of the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost, while meeting company standards for quality and performance, and customer specifications and delivery requirements.
Ensure the maintenance of assigned equipment in proper operating condition to minimize maintenance costs and maintain quality tolerances.
Control labor, material, and supply expenses within budgetary constraints.
Ensure the training of new and present employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company\'s standards for quality, quantity and safety, and consistent with the company\'s principles.
Keep management informed on general conditions and on matters of importance which could impact quality, cost, and safety or employee morale.
Ensure the completion of all required records, paperwork, reports, documents, etc.
Give production plan to polymer pipe production department for production of HDPE, MDPE, PPRC Pipes according to customers’ requirements.
SNGPL, SSGC, Public Health, NLC, WASA and MES tenders working with implementation , procurement of Raw material and done production as per standard.
Arrange material for Production areas and trace shipments carrying material to port.
Perform complete lab testing like Hydro static, tensile, Elongation, Melt flow and prepare tests report.
Give standard specification like ISO4427 & ISO 4437 to production line. Coordinates with PCSIR, PSQCA for Approved certification for end product.
To Conduct ISO 9001-2015 Audit & working accordingly to requirements.
Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target. Planning monthly/weekly/daily production to achieve maximum production.

Make weekly and daily production plan for Extrusion machines.
Prepare accurate mixing according to requirements.
Perform Lab testing of different samples of machines, make production of shrink film, stretch film, PP liding film.
Visit to customers for resolving compliants.
Issue material for production.
ISO 9001-2008 audit conduct.
Planning for future orders and give better quality plan.
