• Define expertise in six steps of dialogue approach throughout all factories.
• Support in organizing the training workshops and assist the Change Management Teams (CMTs) of the partner factories in developing their own action plans. Following the six steps of the dialogue approach will do this.
• Support in the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Mini-CMT to improve the OSH conditions of partner factories against the defined KPIs under labour standards component.
• Support in the implementation of OSH, Environment, Absenteeism, Turnover, Gender Mainstreaming and working contracts Mini-CMT to improve conditions of partner factories against the defined KPIs under labour standards component.
• Ensure the development and implementation of data collection of daily key performance indicators (KPIs) of Labour standards in close coordination with human resource department and production department of the partner factories
• Subject Matter Expert responsible for performing activities to ensure compliance with HSEMS requirements
• Responsible to implement the HSE&S management system on project, in line with the ISO 14001,SA 8001 & OHSAS 18001
• Responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of an integrated HSEMS (including Standards, Procedures and supporting documentation), which streamlines existing systems into an optimally coordinated and efficient system
