Engineering coordinator

Coordination, performance check along with the analysis of own teams and vendor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting on-site routine maintenance, service, trouble shooting and repair of commercial and residential photo voltaic equipment.
Demonstrated diagnostic capabilities to trouble shoot and correct problems found in the field.
DC and AC testing included but not limited to polarity, open circuit voltage, grounding continuity, insulation resistance testing.
Identify un-safe work or operating conditions and take proper action to neutralize hazards.
Ensuring the vehicle, tooling, electronics, software, and company property issued are accounted for.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Participates in monthly peer reviews.
Lead O&M technician team of up to 12 people (including temporary labor).
Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight.
Provide direction and on-the-job training for less experienced technicians.
Experienced in the use of the company work ticket and time reporting systems.
Ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends.
Field Engineer Responsibilities:
3G/4G Deployment on CM-PAK project
Create and setup BSS network, modify the parameters.
Soft and Hard Cutover
Configuring external alarms including Dry contact alarms
Huawei Transmission on RTN 910,950,950A & 980.
Make the template files of ZTE LMT software.
Remove the KPI issues of swapped sites with the coordination of RF department.·
Soft and hard Expansion of SDR swapped sites.
Successful completion of PAT(Preliminary Acceptance Test) and Pre-PAT activities.·
Doing preventive and corrective maintenance of BTS and SDR.
Working experience on LMT software for BBU configuration.
Using site master and LMT to trouble shoot issues related to high VSWR.
Responsible of SDR & MW readiness before swap.·
Troubleshooting at SDR end and RF hardware.·
Rectification of service effecting alarms after on-air the swap site.
Provide technical support to Subcon engineers through remote and on-site troubleshooting for the smooth evolution of swap activity.
