I m working as field manager taking care of whole major institutes in Karachi . Frequently visiting to customer , making a laision between patients and the doctors , increasing sales , forcasting , achieving targets , meeting KOL .

• Dispense medications to medical outpatient/ inpatient per outpatient prescription or inpatient medication.
• Reviews (profile for allergies, contraindications, pharmacological duplications, drug/drug and drug/food interactions and adherence to drug restriction policies) and interprets as to the appropriateness of each prescription/ medication order before dispensing to a certain correctness of strength, dose instructions and dosage form.
• Provides appropriate education and information concerning the dispensed medication(s) to the concerned patient or family members.
• Advise/ questions/ clarified any prescription abnormality with the prescribing physician. Any unresolved problems are referred to chief pharmacist.
• Requests received transfers and adjust medication stock and maintain computerized records per established guidelines to ensure drug availability.

--Reporting to supervisor pharmacy

•Collaborate with Physicians and other HCPs on drug selection and distribution.

•Maintaining tracking and replenishment schedules for store inventory and agreed stock levels in line with policies and consultation with Medical Centre Management.

•IVPB system manufacturing , Dilutions making , Dosage calculation and storage and dispensing of controlled and uncontrolled medicines

•Review medication orders and patient medication profiles for appropriateness of therapy. •Verify and monitor medication orders for drug interactions, duplication and omission therapy, allergies, adverse reactions, and recommend appropriate formulary alternatives as needed.

•Responsible for reviewing and interpreting medication orders' for clarity, accuracy, rationality, compatibility, feasibility and suitability for the patient, when applicable.

•Inventory management accordingly to FIFO ,LIFO method .

•provide drug and poison management information to staff and patients.

• monthly floor stock inspection for proper storage of drugs and near expiry drug replacement
