 Providing specialist support skill to branch offices to diagnose network and systems problems
 Monitoring network traffic and usage to ensure integrity and optimal network performance
 Interdepartmental and vendor coordination over technical queries regarding networking issues
 Assisting replacement of faulty network equipment in timely manners to mitigate the downtime
 Establishing network and system infrastructure for newly opened and relocated branch offices
 Installing, configuring, maintaining and administering new and upgraded computer systems
 Installing, troubleshooting printers, scanners, biometric devices, and banking applications
 Providing supervision to regional I.T. Coordinators in getting network issue resolved

 Providing nationwide streamlined services of WAN links provided by Mobilink including OFN, wireless P2P, PMP, Microwave, ADSL and VSAT Medias.
 Monitoring network traffic, capacity and utilization to ensure the continued integrity and optimal network performance through NMC and MRTGs.
 Troubleshooting L3/L2 VPN circuits running through Mobilink MPLS cloud and P2P as well.
 Have performed planned and emergency infrastructure NE and BTS activities with NOC Team.
 Providing the RCA to critical clients and keeping the KPIs intact so SLA could be met.
 Coordination with several internal departments (e.g. NOC, RF, FO, MF, P&C, O&M, Corporate Sales teams) and third-party vendors for providing rationalized services to clients.
 Coordination with Solution Provisioning Engineering and NOC for delivering the new solution, expanding the existing ones and site relocations as per clients’ request.
 Working on activation of new/existing projects in coordination with relevant teams and forecast the project expansion and marking its criticality.
 Managing critical links audit and downtime reports of clients on weekly/monthly basis.
