I have 18 years experience in social sector, I have worked with deferent national and international organizations in the fields of Human and Institutional Development (HID), non formal Education, monitoring and evaluation, WASH, Cash for work, Shelter construction, relief and emergency, livestock management, Natural resource management( NRM)environmental pollution, Community infrastructure development, advocacy and child protection. Advocacy and social mobilization, disaster risks management and livelihood improvement through skills development projects. I have the skill of good reporting and documentation, proposal writing, Social mobilization management. I have strong communication and presentation, administration and management skills. I also worked as Master trainer with national and international organizations.
