Mr. Noor Muhammad is an experienced humanitarian and development sector professional. He possesses around twelve years of work experience and more than eight years of senior management positions. He has been associated with several reputable organizations, few of them include, Strentheing Participatory Organization (SPO), Community World Services CWS/Asia, SAFWCO and Research & Development Foundation (RDF) in the areas of social mobilization, capacity building, livelihood, and humanitarian response. He has managed projects of different donors such as Oxfam GB, Concern Worldwide Rapid Fund, Caritas Germany, Norwegian Church Aid (NCA), TROCAIRE, UNDP and Community Development Program Government of Sindh. Mr. Mangi has proven capacity to manage large teams and experience in coordination and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Mr. Noor also has well documentation and report writing skills. He keeps excellent soft speaking skills while addressing community issues and interpreting the situation to government stakeholders and international donor community.

Humanitarian District Manager
Managing Oxfam GB supported emergency response in District Sanghar of Sindh province
Program Manager
Responsible for planning and implementation of SGF programs and projects in district Sanghar of Sindh province Pakistan. Supporting communities for an inclusive, equitable and environment-friendly society.
Project Coordinator
Responsible for overall planning and management of TDEA-FCDO supported project ‘Local Action for Democratic & Inclusive Response to COVID-19 in District Sanghar. Conducted regular field visits to support project team for smooth implementation. Conducted research study on Government response in COVID-19. Capacity building of team and volunteers.
