• New market trends, Product development & Counter matching (sampling to Bulk) and Technical analysis of denim/non-denim fabrics
• Follow-ups of the fabric shipments from the suppliers mainly US Denim, Artistic Group, Indigo, Hantex, Kassim, Soorty, Rajby Azgard9, Rantex & imports
• To develop strong relationship with renowned suppliers by encouraging Agile & Lean principles
• Negotiations, pricing & cost estimation, purchase orders processing on Oracle/ERP, LC requirements & payments proceedings
• Working with production planning to meet the production deadlines
• Handling of fabric quality complaints/issues as well as claims from customer to supplier
• Management to ensure the timely fabric deliveries as well as to maintain just in time inventory criteria & management of inventory through ERP
• BCI certificates, GOTS & GRS TC applications of fabrics from the suppliers to the customers
Assistant Manager Marketing
• I joined Ihsan Sons as Marketing Executive lately promoted as Assistant Manager for Marketing of the products of Bleach Yarn, Bleach Cotton and 100% Cotton Non-Woven Spunlace fabric
• Was responsible for exports of more than 50 countries across the world and health/personal care industry as major customers for these products
• Core responsibilities were to manage customer relationship and continuous improvement in customer services as well as to look after all marketing and international sales activities
• Advertising campaigns of product in various international B2B magazines
• Exhibitions management for the company
• Was Responsible for costing, estimating, certifications and planning projects
• Timely renewal/compliance of product line with various certifications from different certification bodies
