Planning Control

s a Strategic Business Unit Manager involved with the Planning, Coordination, and Control of manufacturing process & other operational activities related to BLANKET DIVISION (Knit to pack).
Also, to look after product developments, managing the processing start from order receiving to shipment.h
Store & Warehouse management, catalog goods and process shipments.
Overall management of production operations including
Pre-production management.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with data storage system.
Resolve day to day production issues to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
Over View CPS (Centralized Planning Sheet), GSF (General Specification Foam) Order and production Status, delivery follow-up, full filling the Supply Chain requirements in terms of Accessories and Other Requirements.
Developed considered recommendations for improving manufacturing capacity.
Minimized the work by system re-designing and designing new layouts.
Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the division contributes to these.
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Generating Master Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders, Forecasting inventory requirement.
Planning for Orders targets achievement, making plane for Production quality, work on orders (From purchase order, costing, yarn purchase, all production process just as knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Cutting, Stitching and Final Packing) according on method of Just in time.
Dealing all supply chain regarding machinery maintenance and supplies for their operational work.
Take part in the logistic planning and or contracting for Raw Materials, WIP and Finish Products.
Controlling of Inventory Management Raw Material, WIP, and Finish Product. (MS Excel + ERP)
Costing and Merchandizing of different type of products.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs

Product development as per buyer requirement.
Study market trends, latest finishes and fabric developments.
Research on yarn price and market trend, developing fabric reference library.
Supervise, coach and train factory workforce.
Costing and Development BOM (Bill of Material).
Sourcing yarn and get knitting done from knitting & other process subcontractors (In case factories are not sourcing Finished fabric)
Coordination with buyers / buying house for fabric quality parameters, fabric development
Dealing all documentation works like PO raising, making suppliers' Payments, follow-up with transporter and getting material in-house
Monitor actual production output on a day to day basis and work within the production lead-time allocated
For each style running in the production line and take necessary actions to prevent failure in meeting the Delivery schedule.
Overall management of production operations including per-production management.

Conducted weekly Audit in Fabric and Accessories Stores, Yarn/Fabric inventory management.
Designed and generated weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports.
Made Daily report of Fabric issuances to cutting depart and receiving fabric in stores.
Made Purchase and Process order for new sales contract of fabric.
Supervised and speeding up the delivery schedule of the supplier to the warehouse or to relevant units.
Updated information relating to the supplier such as about product, delivery time, after sales service, Payment method, potential development, etc. at all times to be able to select the most suitable one.
