Responsible for trade activities of South Punjab that included extensive field visits to four Areas: Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal and DG Khan. The geographical spread started from Sadiqabad in the south and ended at Pattoki in the North.
• Managed flagship Perfect stores rental program by the name of Trade Stars which included partnering with 1800 LMTs, IMTs & GT outlets. This involved relationship management and extensive negotiation for shelf locking at prime spots.
• Managed budget of Rs.1.8 million Trade stars project which generated business of Rs. 273 million in a year resulting in 55% growth as compared to 2018 and was 31% of regional retail sales. Excellent growth delivery ensured budgets increments in 2020 to Rs. 2.7 million. 2020 closed at 50% value growth.
• Managed merchandising and visibility activities that included managing merchandising staff of 30 people, POSM handling and Planogramming
• Managed several successful launches of Flagship brands of Oreo Strawberry, Oreo Mini, Prince Choco jammies and Peanut Maza.
• Conducted training of sales team in modern merchandising concepts of Share of Shelf (SOS), Must Stock list (MSL), Merchandiser’s productivity and success rate.
• Closely monitored Rental outlets progress through Salesflo to ensure they had essential SKUs on the floor
