Served at Punjab Safe Cities Project (for Lahore Surveillance Cameras and Smart Traffic Management System Installations). Responsibilities: Arrangement of Power Source for camera sites enabling them to be operational for further Integration with back-end system. Trouble-shooting issues regarding camera sites acquisitions by referring to Government and/or Private Organizations. Accumulating chronological statistics of regular on-field progress and preparing execution plans for teams to conduct daily activities. Serving as a pivotal support for access to relevant data for on-field teams to resolve run-time issues. Maintaining Tracker on MS Excel for regular activities, plan and progress to secure and align data on a single platform with other departments for overall progress of the project. Dealing with Subcontractors regarding verifications of relevant data and preparing record for audit reports.
