• Handle all the students transfer region wise and follow up with campus in concern of student space availability.
• Handle all students affairs in term of changes in student records
• Engage with school management, PRO’s and internal BSS departments to follow up on getting parent complaint addressed through them.
• Assist in school visits to meet with Parents / Internal Stakeholders.
Functioning as the communication hub for the office assuring that requests for information are handled promptly;
Managing the daily calendar for the HOD of department to include scheduling and monitoring appointments and assisting the all other officials of the department; Handling enquiries;
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with all other departmental faculty and other seniors, assuring that necessary information is provided on a timely basis;
Taking notes and preparing minutes of departmental meetings, and assuring that these minutes are distributed, approved and recorded;
Handling all written and telephonic communications in and out of the office;
Assisting HOD/faculty to interact with any other office/department outside LUMS for official purpose;
Managing all communications equipment in the office of the HOD, assuring that they are in working order and operating as intended;
Establishing and maintaining proper records and files of correspondence, meetings, and reports;
Providing assistance as necessary to other departmental colleagues; and
Performing any other duties as may be required by the Head of Department
