Development and integration of Climate Action programme into other thematic areas of organization i.e. WASH, Emergency response, DRR, Community and Church Transformation, Youth and Leadership, Livelihood and Food Security, Management of thematic structures & Framework, Climate Action Strategic planning 2021 - 2025, Milestones, Sustainability planning and action plan against risk assessment analysis. Strengthening Strategic alignment ensuring innovative Programme development, departmental cross-functioning and integrated research component. Enhancement of the programmatic and geographic expansion of themes through tapping diverse donor pool, institutional funding by pitching new ideas, responding solicitations and gathering evidence-based research closely working with Business department.

The major responsibility is to coordinate the World Vision Pakistan activities at the provincial level (Sind) while ensuring local, district and national levels multi-sectoral projects are linked and integrated into provincial engagement with a range of relevant government and non-government stakeholders. Specifically, the key function of this position is to identify and bring together through lobbying, networking, events, representation, and partnering with project stakeholders at provincial level. - Contribute to the process of designing and subsequently implement the Provincial engagement strategy of WVP for Sind province. - Represent & introduce WVP to clusters, networks and forums aimed at building strategic partnerships, gathering information on government plans and priorities. Develop very good relations with the Government Line agencies and facilitate the process of formal engagements with government and other stakeholders at provincial level - Lead provincial level advocacy and media campaigns, seminars and awareness sessions by engaging all the relevant stakeholders at Provincial level - Develop private sector engagement strategy and identify partnership opportunities including resource mobilization with private sector. - Develop multi and bi-lateral donor strategy and identify partnership opportunities including resource mobilization and fund raising aligned with the WVP National Strategy. - Conduct market surveys to update NO with the upcoming collaborations and partnerships in both public and private so that WVP could pre-position in a timely manner with relevant stakeholders. - Prepare reports/updates for Project Manager (ENRICH) on issues of interest and to share the progress reports with other relevant Government departments UN/govt/media/donors/parliamentarians/ INGO/NNGOs/community etc. - Review all program and project documents to ensure that principles of Red Cross Code of Conduct, SPHERE Standards, HAP-I standards and relevaWVI standard

• Successfully documented proposal asking grant from Tearfund UK on Integral Mission and secured funding for Adult Basic Education Society -Teachers’ Empowerment Centre- Rawalpindi.
• Completed a survey of minority communities of Rawalpindi giving a foundation work for Integral Mission project of Tearfund-UK.
• Successfully completed outlines of five stories on five selected parables. Completed plots and script of the dramas.

• Successfully generated proposal and supporting documents of grant proposal of 30 million PKR for Global partnership for Education-Balochistan on Social Mobilization and implementation services and secured funding for Society for Human Advancement for outreach Resources SHAOR.

- Duties * To support the Country Representative and Disaster Response Manager in outworking the Tearfund Operational Programme strategy and pilot Tearfund’s engagement with the local government and other multilateral institutions and donors, partner organisations to ensure that policy conditions are right for an effective long-term flood response. * Conducting trainings on “Human rights, gender equality and child protection”. * Establishing a district level network and conducting regular meetings on new emerging issues of human rights * Identification of policy issues and developing influencing strategies towards the Pakistan government * Networking and developing relationships with those working in Pakistan Government, & International orgs. * Establish and maintain constructive relations with the partner staff at organisational and field levels and with other NGOs, UN agencies, Government departments, and in particular to build these relationships with the PDMA of Sindh and Punjab Provinces * Support DRR with policy influencing (advocacy) activities with relevant government, inter-government and NGOs in consultation with Country Representative and Disaster Response Manager. * Providing advice, strategic support and capacity building of TF partner organisations and ensure the provision of professional & technical input on advocacy * Conducting capacity building training workshop on “Advocacy” for TF partners * Manage the dissemination of best practices in the field of Advocacy through visits to organisations, private study, attending training courses * Act as the principle point of reference for Tearfund Operational Program staff in Advocacy * Support and strengthen the technical capacity of local TF partners to plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and review Tearfund supported advocacy interventions -

- Duties * Conduct Mobilization for a Signature Campaign (100,000 signatures) in Schools, Colleges and Universities * Pre-plan project activities (meetings and advocacy campaign) in and outside the city * Organize seminars, workshops and manage all logistical work * Manage Guest logistics visiting from outside the city or country * Assist and support Project Director in all aspects of the campaign * Coordinate to achieve the broader goals of the organization and assist in streamlining all of its activities -

* Advocacy with pharmaceutical Companies (Country Head / Marketing Directors) in order to get support of General Medicine for HIV +ve persons and to advocate for preparation of Anti retroviral drugs in Pakistan.
* Responsible for all the written, telephonic and one-on one communication with Country Head / Marketing Directors of pharmaceutical Companies.
* Participate in programs, meetings, trainings and other organizational activities as per instructions and requirement.
* Documented “Guidelines of HIV and AIDS counseling” and conduct training sessions with Field Workers on these guidelines.
