-Leading QA Team
- Documentation and implementation of FSSC 22000, HALAL and BRC
- Coordinating Food Safety Team to ensure the compliance with requirements
-Establishing, updating and maintaining the company\'s quality procedures and standards.
-Internal Auditing as QA official.
-Employees training on food safety, food defense, quality, personal hygiene, GMP’s, machine cleaning and sanitation.
-To assure the GMP’s are followed in production area.
-Monitoring of CCPs and take corrective actions in case of violations.
-Assure the process is being run smoothly according to standards.
-To look into the insect pest control of the processing area and take the role of Pest Control Officer.
-To ensure that insecticide is sprayed on outside processing areas according to set frequency and concentration.
-To Arrange Meeting for betterment of Product Quality and Safety
-Handling Consumer Complaints
-To design and organize training programs to minimize skill deficit
