Over all 18 years of HR, Admin & IR experience in shared Services,
Employee Development, Recruitment & selection, Performance Management System and different HR Operational activities.
Recruitment & Selection of manpower as per the approved strength of the department.
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
Develops contract terms for new hires, promotion and transfers.
Assists international employees with expatriates assignments and related HR matters.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Managing employee benefits like health takaful, retirement plans, and other perks, and incorporating them into the overall compensation structure.
Payroll (Maintain Time and attendance record & Processing Payroll)
Performs other related duties as assigned.
