• Responsibility for opening of account Private limited , public limited , Trust Account , NRP account , individual , Partnership , sole proprietor account and all account related quires verified the FORM 29, Form A , Form C , Form D. All account amendment request , Tax exemptions of accounts .
• Handling of cheque book , ATM card ,return LOT/all return mail i.e statements letters , Expired TAT of cheque books and ATM cards , capture cards of ATM as per SBP policy
• Having responsibility of RTGS inward/out ward .
• Locker issuance, operation, surrenders and balancing .
• Normal and same day clearing , fund transfer , online , issuance of pay order ,
Closure of account, activation of dormant accounts, Debit freeze company account issues due to Nadra and NRP debit freez accounts .
• FCY monthly statements reporting to SBP in view of the module JO3, E3P3, G, C and AD codes .
• Unclaimed amount of accounts coordination with Operation manager .
• File updating according to audit needs and update the MIS of audit quarries .
• Coordinate with compliance departments of Expire CNIC, Wrong fed CNIC ,Minor accounts attain the age of major .

Focus on zero balance account and contact to those customer for deposit in existing account
Inactive/ dormant account exercise on weekly basis for restore those existing who leave the branch
