·         Making sure that patients are aware of any changes in their treatment plans or medical conditions and informing them of any upcoming appointments
·         Arranging for transportation to and from appointments, as needed
·         Providing emotional support to patients, including answering questions and offering reassurance.
·         Coordinating the care of patients who are transitioning between healthcare facilities, including nursing homes and hospitals.
·         Maintaining accurate records of patient encounters with physicians, nurses, and other staff members
·         Resolving patient complaints, concerns, and questions about organizational plans or diagnoses
·         Providing information about treatment options and helping patients make decisions about treatment

Provide counseling and guidance to candidates and students regarding the global professional and educational programs and opportunities, in align with the organzational policies.
Coordinate and create communications and informative materials for USEFP Karachi testing services, including email correspondence, telephonic correspondence and social media updates, promotional materials related to testing services provided by USEFP.
Administer computer-based, paper-based, and internet-based exams which are held at USEFP Testing services including the GRE / GMAT/TOEFL/OET exams.
Conduct outreach sessions, programs, seminars and webinars with an aim to promote and propagate the multiple scholarship programs (UGRAD,FULLBRIGHT,HUMPHREY) being offered by USEFP.
Report to the International testing clients, as appropriate and adhere to all test center guidelines with regards to technical l test matters and polices.

Supporting the Program Manager Education in executing the current educational projects.
Co-ordination with Marketing & Communication team for development of effective strategy for Alumni & Skills Development projects.
Liaison & Co-ordination with Sindh Government for arrangement of Seminars and Conference. Providing Procurement & Logistics Service support to Program Manager on procurement of goods & services in accordance with Global British Council Procurement policy & standards.
Assisted the Program Manager in organizing the Demand-led Vocational Training Conference, a project of STEVTA in partnership with British Council. Initiated and supervised the Education Alumni Awards 2016 Registration and Application submission process.

Development of Marketing Plan & Strategy for the promotion and sales of the products developed under the Skill Full Artisan Project.
Managing the Business Development and production process for the Skill Full Artisan Project in co-ordination with the design team of Indus Valley School of Arts and Indus Resource Centre.
Responsible for the promotion and Branding of Khazna & Khani Crafts Brands.
Liaison & Co-ordination with Oxfam Novib to insure effective completion of Training and skills enhancement for the artisans under the TVET project.
Procurement planning and overlooking the purchase process for the Skill Full Artisan project in accordance with OXFAM Novib goods & service procurement policy.
Managing effective participation and representation of the Skill Full Artisan Project in International and National Exhibitions (Expo Pakistan 15 , SAARC Arts Conference , Crafter's Expo 2015 ) .
