Coming from an IT background with an extensive experience of 10+ years, I have made my way into Digital Advertising arena through experience and continuous learning.

Starting my career as a Web App Developer and further envisaging it, I am now working as a Digital Team Leader in an leading advertising firm.

Core Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality results in Web Development duties, including large scale Content Management System integrations.
- Effectively lead and mentor web development team.
- Gather requirements from various site stakeholders, assess requirements (time allocations, resources & budget), and make recommendations on execution and impacts to current strategy in various forms – scope of work documents, mockups, wireframes, etc.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with knowledge in best practices in web development, user experience, and responsive/mobile design methodologies.
- Understand team processes and make recommendations on areas for potential efficiency gains.
- Create, analyze and provide Google Analytics reports for business units.
