Supporting and arrangement of external audits, foreign donors' visits and progress discussion.

Checking of Internal controls & Implementations of Strategy of the Company, Planning & Managing Field Operation of Internal Audit including manage audit operation in all over the Pakistan plus factory production costing with Price / Quantity / Labour cost analysis on periodic basis and Head office finance audit (Bank borrowing, Recovery and debtor ageing) inventory checking and variance analysis reporting.
