Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
Examine and test existing contracts
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
Monthly review with the Director on Savings, Vendor Audits, Supplier Contracts

Major Responsibilites Include;

Research potential Suppliers.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Review quality of purchased products.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information etc.
Purchases including Packaging, Printing, General Item, Stationery All type of Assets all IT Items, electrical and Mechanical.
Manage inventory at retail stores and warehouse.

 •Managing SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) including Ac,Genset and IT work • Liaison with other departments, particularly accounting, operation and warehouse.• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.•  Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers •Track orders and ensure timely delivery • New Product Development • Procure under following domain  • Electrical • Electronics • Mechanical• IT and Networking • General • Stationery • Packing • Printing and Capitalized items.
