• Managing and Coordinating all Marketing and Branding Activities in 100 plus campuses (KIPS Pr-Schools, Schools, Colleges, Evening Coaching, Entry Test, CSS-PMS, Foreign Test, Publications and KIPS School of Languages) all over Pakistan.
• Overall supervision of 50 plus personnel team of marketing department in Lahore and 20 plus major cities of Pakistan.
• Working as a liaison between KIPS Education System and 50 plus Marketing Companies from all over Pakistan.
• Checking the Branding activities performed by the vendors to ensure the compliance of quality standards.
• Preparing the marketing plans and Budget sheets before starting of all campaign and get them approved from the Consultant (Tree Communication), keeping an eye on execution of each campaign, and sharing the updated execution details with concerned directorate.
• Working in coordination with KIPS School directorate, College directorate, Directorate of preparations to resolve the issues highlighted by various campuses all around the country.
• Working simultaneously with Procurement, Finance, and Audit department for smooth functioning all Marketing and Execution activities.
• Reporting and completing Day to day tasks assigned by Manager Marketing and Director Marketing as required.
• Skillfully manage wide-range of office and sales support tasks, including accounts payable / accounts receivable and payroll processing. Leverage strong multitasking skills to manage customer service, data entry, invoicing, inventory control, merchandising, returns processing, and purchasing. Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone; liaise with cross-functional teams in support of customer needs. Manage calendars for three managers and two executive managers, including meetings / appointments and travel arrangements.
• Identified areas for improvement in policies, procedures, and business processes and delivered strategic recommendations to senior management on key issues.
