My professional skills are particularly in the fields of Program Management, Event Management, Training and development, community engagement, and a quick and creative thinker with exceptional problem–solving skills. Now seeking to put my skills to work in a challenging public sector role as a field coordinator, project coordinator, and community development officer.
In education, I have received a Master’s degree in Sociology, and a Non-Degree Certificate in Mediation from Sindh Judicial Academy and Pakistan Mediator Association. Additionally, I am a founder member of the Youth Development Forum (YDF) and a founder member of Gultari Welfare Organization (GWO).

Alternative Dispute Resolution & Legal Assessment of Religious Minorities
·Planning and implementing awareness programs in rural areas and slum areas of Karachi.
·Prepare work plans /work schedule for all planned activities.
·Identification of communities based on the strategic objectives of the program.
·Conduct mapping visits.
·Networking with Governmental organizations, CBOs and CSOs.
·Writing Events /Activities Reports.
·Assist in planning and programming of field activities to persons of concern.
·Conducting legal Awareness Clinics and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in Karachi
