SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Qualified for almost 20 and a half years and having more than 15 years of Experience as Flight Surgeon.

First year spent as Internee, 06 month in General Medicine and 06 months in General Surgery in Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi (1994-95)

Second ,third, fourth and fifth year spent practicing medicine as Medical officer in different Medical units and Military hospitals.(1995-1998)

Worked for two and a half years as a Flight Surgeon in a Fighter Aircraft Squadron in Pakistan Air Force and also dealt with acute emergencies including aircraft accidents and crashes with search and rescue teams
(1999-2001)

Worked for two years in Medical Directorate of Pakistan Air Force as Deputy Assistant Director Medical Services and Flight Surgeon and organized and supervised Regular / Refresher Aircrew Physiological Indoctrination courses for Pakistan Air Force, Army, Pak Navy Pilots and Flight Engineers. Also guided all Field Medical Units/Aero medical Institute/Flight Surgeons on all medical/administrative and Aero Medical problems in all types of medical care and aircraft accidents.(2001-03)
International Experience Worked for 3 years from Sept 2003 to Sept 2006 as Flight Surgeon with Royal Saudi Air Force at King Abdullah Air Base, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Also designated First class Examiner by Presidency of Civil Aviation and Medical Standards , Saudi Arabia. Awarded Certificate of Appreciation by Prince Mansour Bin Abdul Aziz, Major General, King Abdullah Air Base, Jeddah. Also awarded letter of appreciation by Brig Gen Said Abdullah Qaboos, 8th Flying Wing Commander.(2003-06)
Participated in Air Mobility Command Rodeo 2007 at Mc Chord Air Force Base at Tacoma Washington from 22 July to 29 July as a Team Chief of Aero medical Evacuation events and secured 1505 marks out of 2300.Also awarded four star coin by Rodeo Commander Gen Duncan J. McNabb on excellent performance on C-17 Aircraft and awarded with Chief of Air staff Commendation Certificate by Pakistan air Force on 14 Aug 2009 on Independence Day of Pakistan.
Participated in symposium on Total Nutrition Therapy held on 26th April 2008 at Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Attended Crew Resource Management Course' organized by Institute of Flight Safety Pakistan Air Force in April, 2007.
Completed training in Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiac Life Support from Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology and National Institute of Heart Disease, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Spent 2 year in a Medical Unit and during this stay participated in Flood Relief operation in Punjab and was also in charge of Field Medical Hospital in North Waziristan Agency.(2009-2011)
