• Managing all SEO for FXCM, including on-page optimization of metadata, header tags, text content, appearance to crawlers, link anchor text, link placement, and sitemaps.

• Managing successful link building campaigns (via email requests and brokers) domestically and internationally in the English, German, and French markets.

• Managing a team of SEO seniors & interns; creating, amending and monitoring SEO campaigns from several outsourced vendors to ensure efficiency.

• Providing SEO consulting and analytics via Omniture and Google Webmaster Tools, as well as a dozen international versions, smaller subsidiary sites, and 50,000+ page news sites are being well managed & managing.

• Created the SEO roadmap, which was later adopted as a template for other projects.

• Led the SEO kick-off project and taught on-page SEO, including keywords, writing, internal linking and semantic HTML using SEO best practices to the user experience (“UX”) team.
