概要

Managing the entire Branch Operations functionalities related to cash and other branch operations ( DD’s, FCY DD’s, Outward Clearing, Funds Transfers’, etc), Account Opening, RTGS, Outward Remittance, to ensure delivery of quality service to customers, the projection of a professional and warm image, maintenance of operational controls and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
All Administration related issues , security,budget ,
Staff training , utilities,etc
Review of systems and controls on a regular basis, identifying bottlenecks and control weaknesses with a view to recommending improvements, in liaison with Operations, Information Technology, Compliance and the branch sales and customer service.

I always tried to find out new way of business growth. And Alhamdulillah during my service I never felt any difficulty regarding business point of view .Recently in my present branch we have achieved our annual budget well before time although others banks branches are struggling to stay at that destination

Further in my previous experience
i was doing my work as a customer relation officer in pakistan,s no one customs bonded carrier,i was responsible to guide our clients in every aspect which is related to our work.moreover it was my responsibility to deal our cases with pakistan customs and exsice depart.our major clients were HONDA ATLAS CARS(PVT) LTD,PAK ELECTRON (PVT)LTD,TETRA PAK (PVT)LTD,RESHMA TEX (PVT)LTD ,and much more famous industries.Every month many thousands containers move to various dry ports.Basically this job was related to customers supports,and a huge numbers of clients are entertained by us. I hope that i ll manage my work with fully courage and you ll find a brilliant result .
