Drafting Laws, preparing comparisons, comments / recommendations / suggestions on newly promulgated laws and labour conventions sought for by Government, ILO and Stakeholders under the supervision of SG and in coordination with Law Officer.
Updating data in CRM (Software)
Organizing Conferences, Conventions, Events and Trainings related to HR/IR and different topics
Preparing training plans and training calendars for EFP based on TNA in consultation with a training consultant.
Identifying training providers and trainers for conducting training programs and preparing / negotiating their tors.
Implementing the EFP training plans as per training calendar.
Facilitating in other Activity
Managing Social Media:
Working on the visibility of the EFP through social media presence and management.
Creating EFP’S E-NEWS letter
Creating interactive videos for events and trainings
Managing & Organizing EFP Events
Assisting the EFP events and seminar committee inorganizing local, national and regional events of EFP such as OSHAS Awards, Employer of the Year Awards, HR/ IR Conferences etc.
Assist the Manager of Human Recourse in the preparation of different reports (MIS) as required.
Responsible for administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
Monitor process prepare letter for appointment, confirmation, termination & warning.
Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety, recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person.

Management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff
requirements.
Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff.
Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
