1-Drafting monthly 5S report and taken follow up with concern departments
2-Record Management (addition, deletion, updating and maintaining the records both in soft and hard form as per company’s SOP, in coordination with coordinators)
3-Serving as IMS (integrated management system) trainings coordinator
4-Assist in used vehicles imports development, industrial trend analysis and CSR projects
5-Conducting CSR monitoring visits and prepared reports for management
6-Maintain liaison with vendors and different organizations / institutes regarding CSR
7-In charge of company library
8-Kaizen management (by improvement in work methodology, cost saving, quality improvement etc.)
