Oversee the operations of the office including planning and review of the office services, procedures, and policies, and implement new procedures, policies, and office service standards as per need.
Direct, assign and delegate the work to case processing officers and sales consultants, and monitor the progress and performance.
Establish work priorities, schedules, and procedures, and ensure deadlines are met and, company policies and procedures are followed.
Ensure team provides correct and authentic information to the clients and prepare error-free applications.

Weekly data backups and ensure the security of data in the server.
Staff’s computer activity monitoring through network monitoring software.
Prepare and submit progress and other reports to the Managing Director and Principal Consultant (Registered Migration Agent in Australia).
Perform any other tasks as per the order of the Managing Director and Principal Consultant.
